Refund policy
Please do not ship anything back without reaching out to us first or submitting a return through the returns portal. Doing so may delay a return or it may end up not being received properly.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or size swap for the same product in the original, new condition. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, without damages or blemishes, with all tags and/or labels still affixed, and your receipt of purchase. For items packaged in a plastic inner-wrap, please include the inner wrap with your return, if possible.

Apparel items shipped in poly mailers have a resealable adhesive strip for ease of returns. For boxed items, feel free to re-use the same box they were shipped in as well.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges will be handled as a size swap for the same product ordered. If another item is being swapped for the original item, pricing may vary depending on the new product. If you're eyeing something different, a difference in price might come into play.
“Checkout+” Optional Add-On
We're pleased to offer a Checkout+ option in the shopping cart as an add-on, which includes free return shipping. If you did not purchase the Checkout+ coverage, you may still return your item but will be responsible for your own return shipping cost. Please note, purchasing return coverage does not exempt you from the return policy guidelines. Checkout+ is non-refundable after delivery of items.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for Return or Exchange. "Final Sale" items will be indicated within the Products pages.
We reserve the right to reject any return request upon receipt of your item if the product condition does not meet our specifications.
